I’m gonna have to sidebar this💭

I have had numerous sarcoidosis similar experiences to what I'm about to mention below 💭But, I just wanted to touch on briefly the many levels of due diligence...

#Due Diligence when you have sarcoidosis!

I went to a healthcare provider who said I don't treat Sarcoidosis! An to continue seeing my specialist who does!

I respect that 💯%

I was bothered, not concerned with the comment that me taking Methotrexate & Hydroxychloroquine was a little much, ergo.,over kill! (While reviewing my medication list.)

When actually...

Methotrexate & Hydroxychloroquine

--Are common examples.,of medications used to control both #ocular and #systemic inflammation!

Its my preference to see a Rheumatologist who is 40+ years of age for treatment of chronic sarcoidosis.

A rheumatologist is going to lay eyes on sarcoidosis differenty, as the puzzle that sarcoidosis is! As well as the many variations of presentations of sarcoidosis! It is my opinion sarcoidosis the puzzle that is wlll demand an experienced sarcoidosis healthcare provider; as sarcoidosis can be acute, severe, subacute an chronic with possibility of severe complications... sarcoidosis should not be ignored based on how well outwardly the patient  may look on an office visit! I have found this to be true with some providers!

How do you know what you don't know...

How do you know what you cant see...

How does a patient get treated when outwardly looking well...

Hence, I was afforded to ignore the comment; because I've had sarcoidosis for years with years of managing living with sarcoidosis...

An years undiagnosed but given the medications that treated sarcoidosis..

So, sarcoidosis will demand due diligence!

How do you speak on AGame or the human factor, that if you look well an have sarcoidosis when it comes to healthcare and sarcoidosis🙃I will side bar this for a later date --  -Lisa☕️
