A sarcoid flarešŸ’

My medications for SAR•KOY•DOSIS are…

Methotrexate
Hydroxychloroquine
As well as Dexamethason…

“My medications” are a maintenance therapy to help keep complications—Vision loss at bay as long as possible preventively; via medication… if you will as there is no cure for sarcoidosis!

If I have an Ocular šŸ‘ļø Sarcoidosis Flare my additional medication would include eye drops;
Such as …

FML Fluorometholone - Ophthalmic 0.1%. - (Eye Ointment)3.5g

Prednisolone Acetate -Ophthalmic Suspension USP 15 ml (Eye Drop)

Isopto Homatropine 5% (Eye Drop)

Or Eye Injections By a Ophthalmologist (A medical eye doctor)
Such as : A synthetic corticosteroid -Triamcinolone Eye Injection Suspension-

The medication’s I take are to hopefully, lessen “Ocular sarcoidosis” Sarcoidosis, “Flare ups”.

Additionally, the alike flare that would cause vision loss or blindness; because I have sarcoidosis Hence, would an demands eye drops or eye injections!

It is 1 of the reasons!

I take the medications ….

Methotrexate
Hydroxychloroquine
As well as Dexamethason…
