I too have sarcoidosis!

Most people with sarcoidosis look well, me included!
Ive heard it 1,000+ times that I don't look like anything is wrong; Hence, this --WebBlog About-Sarcoidosis was created!

I just turned 62 yrs old June 2025 living with sarcoidosis an sarcoidosisls management consist of medication management (me taking my medication)!
Im retired, so looking well with sarcoidosis for me is I look well, but I sleep a lot sarcoidosis makes me tired! Im annoyed that sometimes I can't get out of bed because Im tired because of sarcoidosis!
I have to drink coffee to watch a movie on tv otherwise I'm sleep!
Sarcoidosis effects everyone differently!
Sarcoidosis, started in my eye so for me a serious complication would be --Vision loss or blindness! So, my medication keeps flares of inflammation at bay; because any flare of sarcoidosis in my eye with out medication would cause thicker glasses, -Vision loss, additional vision loss or blindness because of sarcoidosis! So, Ocular, sarcoidosis (systemic) complications for me is vision loss in my case!
My other sarcoidosis symptoms are joint an muscle pain that feels similar to arthritis. I won't list all of my symptoms but- how I feel because of sarcoidosis is not seen by looking at me!
--Because, I am tired all the time and retired I'm a homebody! Even, mostly blogging on this weblog about-sarcoidosis from my bed or my recliner is best for me because I do also, have cervical and spine pain blah blah blah!
I do go places and tire easy an if I exert myself to much; I will end up sleeping for 2 days long story short!
Alike, with neck an back pain I will pay with pain sometimes immediately or shortly after as an example because I went grocery shopping!
I know my limits now---
like the time I got severe back pain picking out holding a head of lettuce! I started crying immediately in the produce department! I had to leave the little stuff in my grocery cart an went home immediately without groceries! That day I ended up sleeping in my recliner chair!
I diagress--
So, know one sits in my recliner lol ... I was always that person that hated recliners until I needed one!
