In my opinion afterthoughts💭
What, What happen was…
Prospective, thoughts of 2yrs ago when I had Breast Surgery-
Depending on how you look at things😌
- Sh_t Happens or Ying & Yang…
My thoughts are whatever the Yin & Yang is #Due Diligence do your part…
Your crosses are your own…
So, I will take this medication for 5+ years💭Plus, A yearly Breast MRI and a Yearly Breast Mammogram for 2 or 3 years!
#Breast Cancer Awareness & #Breast Cancer Preventative Care!
xoxoLisa☕️
I can’t stress the importance of Mammograms, Breast MRI’s etc., as well as self examination an not ignoring any sort of edema, changes, pain, breast aches in the breast an or in the arm pit or near armpits and pain in between the breast an armpits💭
When you know a thingah 2 about a thingah 2 ergo., and aka experience and receipts💭 wanted or not!
It’s important to find the specialist Breast Dr-
Surgical Breast Oncologist,
Not all on Oncologist do surgery…so my preference is - a surgical breast oncologist, I don’t like to waist time #JS. As well, I feel an or would prefer -Bisopy done by a surgical breast oncologist as opposed to to a radiologist just my preference with no disrespect meant! For this reason as well some breast doctors that do general surgery may rely on in my opinion the diagnostic readings from radiology; another reason I prefer a surgical oncologist that focuses on the breast that has more experience an training if you will!
Why is there a higher rate of breast cancer in Connecticut thoughts…. not blaming doctors in any matter but thoughts only of preventive measures and diagnosis of early detection of early breast cancers!
The Experience, of those diagnosing breast cancer and early breast cancer is key; as well the experience of the “techs” -doing breast ultrasound…. that are then looked at my the Radiologist that the tech focused on thoughts💭
Working together to focus on loopholes in breast cancer detection and early breast cancer screening thoughts💭 - If after me, comes you!
ps., I was taking the medication Exemestane-
Medication side affects are different for each person! While taking exemestane I experienced severe joint pain and hence, switched.
-Sidebar I still have joint pain from Letrozole but not as severe! But, painful-
The thing about Joint pain... it has no ⏰ alarm - Clock, It wakes me up at 3am! awaking to pain an because of the pain! Or simply, on other occasions #Pain, aching pain all day!
As someone who consistently inquires about underlying reasons, my initial thought is … why do I experience significant pain while taking Letrozole?
Hence💭
Letrozole, an aromatase inhibitor, induces joint pain by substantially reducing estrogen levels, leading to inflammation, decreased joint fluid, and heightened sensitivity to pain in the joints. A more detailed explanation is as follows: Reduced Estrogen Levels: Letrozole functions by inhibiting the enzyme aromatase, which converts androgens into estrogen, resulting in decreased estrogen levels in the body.
Inflammation: Lower estrogen levels can contribute to increased inflammation in the joints, causing pain and stiffness. Reduced Joint Fluid: Estrogen plays a role in maintaining joint fluid, which lubricates and cushions the joints. Decreased estrogen may lead to reduced joint fluid, causing joints to feel stiff and uncomfortable.
