A sarcoidosis day like to day annoyed with--
Rain, chilly day filled with body aches, pain, I just don't feel good!!
As my Cervical/Spine w/also lower back pain., It hurts and with a burning! None-stop pain/discomfort all damn day!
Also, upon waking at 4am with the pain in my legs and knees that woke me up...

My blood pressure on this evening rainy, chilly day --127/79 pulse with a resting heart rate of 93 beats per min; at not just 9pm but mostly all day...
Fluctuating aching pain!!! And discomfort all damn day !!!! nagging pain an none stop discomfort I rate this pain level all damn day at a 6-8 fluctuation- out of 10 for pain level that is a none stop thru out day an days of discomfort. #Pain Reliever's
I wanted to check to see what my blood pressure is like, when I experience all day long nagging discomfort🙃😒🏠🤔I mention this in that normally your pain level is indicative of a higher blood pressure number when experiencing pain-- meaning pain will usually cause-A Higher High Blood Pressure Number., (baring the fact if I've taken some level of pain relief medication)
I do also realize, that me taking my medication Hydroxychloroquine appears to have lowered my blood pressure ❤️ to be lower even though I have normally-High Blood Pressure🙃🤔😒
